Cajan BBQ Shrimp

There aren’t exact messurements for this one (or many of my recipes in fact). You should make it the way you, your family, or your guests will enjoy it most.

 

Cajan BBQ Shrimp

  • 1lb. de-vained shrimp
  • 1/2 stick – 1 whole stick of unsalted butter
  • 4-6 garlic cloves
  • 2 lemons
  • fresh parsley
  • sriracha hot sauce (1/2 – 1 tsp.)
  • olive oil (about 1- 2 Tbsp.)
  • salt and red pepper

 

Directions:

Add all the ingredients to a glass baking dish. After you squeeze the lemon over the shrimp, slice them up and add them to the dish. You can marinate in the fridge for 30mins or just while your oven preheats to 375. Cook for 12-15mins.

This is great served over brown rice or whole wheat pasta (I always undercook my brown rice pasta by almost 5 mins).
